1. Eligibility & Acceptance

2. Products & License Grant

  1. What You Get
    All Products are delivered as digital files (PDF, ZIP, MP4, etc.) upon successful payment.

  2. License
    We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use each Product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
    You may not:

    • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Products in any form

    • Claim ownership or create derivative products

    • Host the files on public servers or pass them off as your own work

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely via SamCart’s integrated gateways.

  • You agree to pay the full purchase price plus any listed fees.

4. Delivery & Access

  • After payment, we will send an order confirmation email with a download link.

  • You will have unlimited access to download your files unless otherwise stated.

  • If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes, contact support at support@nexeltolife.com.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content—text, graphics, images, videos, and code—on the Site or in Products remains our exclusive property or that of our licensors.

  • Unauthorized use of any Site or Product content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We make no promises about performance, compatibility, or results you may achieve.

  • Your use of the Products is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Products or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The 08/01/2025 date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Site or Products after updates constitutes acceptance.
